Supported the qualified treatment center (QTC) onboarding process by liaising with treatment centers to ensure compatibility with bluebird’s Salesforce-based traceability system, helping to bring ~60 treatment centers on board.
Provided enterprise user support for blueTrace, bluebird’s Salesforce-based tracking system, in Okta, raising customer issues with development teams.
Initiated a solution for a set of commercial, manufacturing, and patient trackers, writing stories in Jira to drive the means to bring clean, reportable information in Salesforce.

Worked alongside business leaders and other stakeholders to communicate business, marketing, and technical requirements to software developers in a way that was actionable, refining user stories as development uncovered new information.
Was responsible for shepherding user stories from requirement through to development and testing, ensuring the stories’ acceptance criteria would properly guide test case development.
Wireframed UX changes in Figma for stakeholders and as guidance for our UX designer.

Developed a qualitative and quantitative knowledge management system, consolidating years of disparate research into a single, searchable location.
Assessed and communicated disconnected processes, delays, and rework in order to streamline the creation of the complex biomarker definitions required by Foundation’s business partners, which included academic and community oncology centers.

Interviewed oncologists, pathologists, patients, and internal users about their experiences with Foundation products and services, the cancer experience/medical journey.
Identified Foundation’s current-state enterprise process flow to remedy delay/waste and confusion and frustration; developed and executed recommendations on how to reduce pain points and context-switching.
Conducted resonant testing on marketing materials to support Design, Technology, and Marketing efforts.
Developed materials directed at patients and caregivers new to genomic testing and its results.
Delivered product and service strategy recommendations by analyzing findings, synthesizing insights, and facilitating Design Sprints and other workshops.

Elicited, gathered, documented, and tracked software and process requirements from stakeholders in an Agile/scrum environment for Foundation’s Medical Reporting applications, bridging the gap between internal Medical Informatics users and the engineering team.
Co-developed a system which would allow pathologists insight into Foundation’s genomics data and provide additional context to their work, defining requirements for the development team, creating working prototypes, and conducting software demos for potential customers and collaborators.
